Description

1001 Genomes Project

This is a collection of lines produced as part of the 1001 Genomes Project. These lines can be ordered individually or as the five sets which are described below.

N76427 80 natural sequenced accessions of Arabidopsis thaliana from the D. Weigel laboratory at the Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology, as part of the 1001 Genomes Project, are now available from NASC. Each of the accessions is an inbred line that can be ordered as an individual line or as a set View set contents
